Hello Fellow Toastmaster Leaders!
This afternoon Toastmasters International has updated their Performance Reports for the Distinguished Club Plan, Distinguished Area and Division Plan! I've attached it here or you can go to the www.toastmasters.org website, under District Reports and find it as Distinguished Club Reports. We're doing well, but could do better! (This report is best printed in landscape.)
Your Clubs being Distinguished is our most important goal right now. It means we are serving the members needs, they're successful in achieving the goals that they joined TM for. It's a good indicator that in feeling successful they will continue to grow and develop thru the TM communication and leadership programs!!
Once your Club is Distinguished let's go for Select Distinguished, then Presidential Distinguished!
Thanks to all who have told us about membership applications and renewals going into TI! Please also continue to update us on educational awards going in! Just a quick email or phone call message to me is fine. This way we can help track Distinguished Clubs and Areas, rather than waiting for TI's next update! We really appreciate it!
We'll have a box at Toastmaster's Leadership Institute this Saturday for new membership applications and another box for educational awards! I'll make sure these get to TI, as soon as possible after TLI! (Thanks Paul Clark for the suggestion!)
Distinguished Club, Area and Division Chair Chuck Weck will be sending a personal Distinguished Area Report with what is needed for your Area to achieve Distinguished or better to each Area Governor. This is your recipe for a Successful Area and Division!
Let's all work together for the members success which is indicated by our clubs being Distinguished Club or better!
District 12 is now listed as a Distinguished District! Good job everybody! It takes everybody's effort for a Distinguished District! A very special thanks to Tom Jameson, Sayeed Shaikh, Marilyn Nepkie, Don Tungate, Chieko Keagy and Scott McGookin!
Let's keep going for as many Distinguished Clubs as possible!
Best Regards Always!
District Governor Lois
