CHUCK WECK PUBLICITY AWARD CONTEST

Rules & Guidelines

The Chuck Weck Publicity Award is given in recognition of the publicity efforts of Toastmaster Clubs in District 12. It is named in honor of Chuck Weck, a past District 12 Governor. The club that wins the award receives a traveling trophy to display until the next Chuck Weck Publicity Award Contest. The winning club also receives a plaque that remains with the club.

TO APPLY FOR THE AWARD :

1. Mail a proof, clipping, audio tape, video tape, photograph or other copy of any published materials and supporting materials such as a news release, displays, interviews, etc. that your club has achieved for its self-promotion during the contest period which is July 1, 2006 to March 31, 2007.

2. Include the submitting club’s name and number and show the date of publicity on each item.

3. Mail with postmark by deadline March 31, 2007 to:

4. The following list describes the various ways to earn points. A club may apply with as few as three (3) items, although, to create maximum publicity, more than three (3) are encouraged.
