Summer TLI Receives Rave Reviews!
District 12's Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) was held on Saturday, June 16 at the beautiful California Baptist University in Riverside. We had a large number of club officers trained and many other members participated in the planning and conducting of the days events. Thanks to all that contributed for another successful TLI!

The District 12 Installation of Officers Ceremony was conducted on
Sunday, July 1, 2007 at the beautiful Benedict Castle in Riverside.
The Awards and Recognition Lucheon officially installed the
2007-2008 District Officers and Chairs.

Richard earns 97% of the votes cast at the Region II Conference Business Meeting
Our very own Richard Snyder DTM, PDG was voted the Majority Candidate for Region II International Director after receiving 97% of the ballots cast. Congratulations Richard and good luck at the International Convention!!!
The District 12 Spring Conference
was a HUGE success!
The District 12 Spring Conference was held at the DoubleTree Hotel in beautiful Claremont, California on Saturday, May 5, 2007.
A fun and educational day was had by all who attended!

Enter your club to win! The Chuck Weck Publicity Award is given in recognition of the publicity efforts of Toastmaster Clubs in District 12. It is named in honor of Chuck Weck, a past District 12 Governor. The club that wins the award receives a traveling trophy to display until the next Chuck Weck Publicity Award Contest. The winning club also receives a plaque that remains with the club.
The new Toastmasters year has begun, the new leaders are in place, now the real work begins.
So you are working to earn your Advanced Leader (AL) credit and you want to know; What is a Club Sponsor and how do I get the award?
We are asking for your help as a Toastmaster within District 12 to join in our efforts to maintain and expand our Toastmaster program in the correction facilities throughout our District.
