AS OF OCTOBER 20 WE HAVE 10 DTMS,8 HIGH PERFORMANCE LEADERS,35 ADVANCED COMMUNICATORS AND 50 COMPETENT COMMUNICATORS WITH NEARLY THREE FOURTHS OF THE YEAR LEFT.

We are well on our way to achieving all our educational goals by the spring conference April 26Th and being listed as a Distinguished District

We have 9 clubs with 4 or more goals completed. One club has 7 goals already. Another club TEMECULA TOASTMASTERS 13 new members.

An incentive plan is in place to reward all clubs that earn 5 goals by December 31 with 50 dollars to be spent on items found in the TI catalog. An often overlooked part of the Distinguished club plan is competent leaders. All clubs, especially small clubs should try to complete two Old Competent Leaders this by June 30 because this program ends then. This will give them 2 goals toward becoming a Distinguished club and giving speeches from the successful club or success leadership series will strengthen their club.

Put January 26Th on your calendar. That is the day club officers, area governors, and district officers will be trained at Cal Baptist University. Remember the great food ? Past division C Governor

Ed Thomas ATMB will be chairing that committee. Past District Governor Ruth Koepp DTM and others will be planning a highly informative day that is open to all members. Those who would like to help contact Ed or any club or district officer.We would like to have 80 % of all officers trained that day and again expect over 100 to attend this event that is so important to any club that wishes to be successful. Remember your club Must have at least 4 officers trained to earn credit toward becoming distinguished.
